Milk powder400 g
Refined sugar250 g
Cocoa powder10 tablespoon
Cinnamon powder2 tablespoon
Extra strong soluble coffee50 g
Baking soda1 teaspoon

In a dry bowl, strain and mix all ingredients. If necessary, beat the soluble coffee powder in the blender to powder.
Store in a glass container with a lid.
