- Zucchini1/2 unit(s)
- Onion1/2 unit(s)
- Red Pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Garlic2 unit(s)
- Ginger (optional) to taste
- soy sauce2 tablespoon
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Cane molasses1 tablespoon
- Smoked paprika (optional) to taste
- Chop all the vegetables into small cubes. Distribute in a shape and season well with olive oil, soy sauce, molasses and seasonings of your choice.
- Bake at 180° for about 25 minutes or until everything is soft and caramelized.
- Store in the fridge in a covered container.
