  • Sauce:Milk600 ml
  • Sauce: bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Sauce:curd1 can(s)
  • Sauce: grated parmesan cheese50 g
  • Sauce: salt0 to taste
  1. Season the salmon with salt, dry seasonings, olive oil and place in the air fryer for 15 minutes at 200°, then set aside.
  2. Put 2 liters of water, salt and two tablespoons of oil in a pan, when boiling add the capeletti and leave for 6 minutes then drain and mix with the sauce (it can't take time to put it in the sauce, because it sticks).
  3. put the butter and wheat flour in a pan, bring to the fire and stir, when you see that the flour is no longer raw add the milk and the bay leaf and salt, stir until it boils and thickens. to the curd and 50g of cheese, mix and increase the fire obtained.
  4. Shred the salmon into thick pieces, put it in the white sauce, put the capeletti, mix and it's ready to serve.
