  • Smoked Chop300 g
  • Bacon300 g
  • Slice of ham500 g
  • Onion1 unit(s)
  • Garlic head1 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste10 g
  • Green smell to taste01 unit(s)
  1. Wash well and drain, put the cangiquinha in the pressure cooker.
  2. Another pan fry the smoked ones and add the seasonings minus the greens
  3. After cooking, mix the smoked ones leaving some for on top, arrange in a large refractory with the green smell, serve with grated cheese if you prefer
