  • Bacon300 g
  • Olive oil1 can(s)
  • Chopped large onions2 unit(s)
  • Chopped medium peppers2 unit(s)
  • Sachets of oregano2 unit(s)
  • Peppermint Bag1 unit(s)
  • Dehydrated Garlic200 g
  • Worcestershire sauce1 can(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Garlic heads2 unit(s)
  1. Cook the potatoes carefully so as not to overcook.
  2. Cut the bacon, fry in oil and, when it is almost fried, add the crushed garlic, a little salt, finely chopped onion, finely chopped bell pepper, pepper, oregano and Worcestershire sauce.
  3. Place the potatoes in a deep container, add ingredients, the rest of the oil and dehydrated garlic and stir carefully.
  4. If you want the potato to be spicier, just add more pepperoni. You can also add olives. Looks great!
