  • Cassava flour0 to taste
  1. Boil the eggs, cut into large pieces and set aside.
  2. Cut the pepperoni sausage into cubes, take it to fry in a frying pan with a little oil.
  3. After frying, add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, let it brown.
  4. Add the eggs, salt, pepper and green smell, after about 30 seconds turn off the fire.
  5. Add flour, check the salt, mix and it's ready.
  6. The amount of flour depends on your taste, if you prefer it more moist or drier.
  7. I use little oil to fry the pepperoni, I put just enough not to nail it to the frying pan, as it will release a lot of fat.
