- Cassava flour0 to taste
- Boil the eggs, cut into large pieces and set aside.
- Cut the pepperoni sausage into cubes, take it to fry in a frying pan with a little oil.
- After frying, add the chopped onion and crushed garlic, let it brown.
- Add the eggs, salt, pepper and green smell, after about 30 seconds turn off the fire.
- Add flour, check the salt, mix and it's ready.
- The amount of flour depends on your taste, if you prefer it more moist or drier.
- I use little oil to fry the pepperoni, I put just enough not to nail it to the frying pan, as it will release a lot of fat.
