Cabotiá Bolognese with Salted Granola

  • Half of a cabotiá pumpkin1/2 unit(s)
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Brown sugar1 coffee spoon
  • Spicy paprika1 coffee spoon
  • Salted granola of your choice to taste
  • Homemade Bolognese Sauce4 tablespoon
  1. With the cabotiá clean and still with the skin on, start seasoning it.
  2. Add the paprika, salt, brown sugar and drizzle with olive oil.
  3. Bake at 250 degrees for 40 to 50 minutes, until caramelized and cooked through.
  4. Remove from the oven and cover the cabotiá with the bolognese sauce. Finish off with a generous helping of salted granola.
