  • Cherry Tomatoes, halved300 g
  • Sliced Onion1 unit(s)
  • Minced Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Ginger Finger1 unit(s)
  • Tomato Extract1 teaspoon
  • Unsalted Peanut Butter1/2 cup
  • Natural coconut milk2 cup
  • Turmeric Powder1 teaspoon
  • Cayenne Pepper1/2 coffee spoon
  • Chopped coriander1/2 unit(s)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sunflower oil to taste
  1. In a pan add oil and onion and fry until translucent.
  2. Add the garlic and ginger and sauté for a few more minutes until the garlic is lightly browned.
  3. Add the tomatoes, extract and spices and sauté well until they release aroma.
  4. Add the peanut butter, coconut milk and mix to dissolve the paste in the milk, forming a cream.
  5. Let the cream boil for about five minutes or until it thickens slightly, then add the chopped kale.
  6. Let it boil enough for them to wilt and turn off the heat.
  7. Finish with chopped cilantro, salt and pepper.
