- Ready-made tomato sauce200 g
- Preparation: Blanch the cabbage leaves and reserve.
- Then in a bowl put the ground beef, tomato, oil and seasonings and mix, finally put the raw rice and oil and stir.
- Stuff the cabbage leaves with this meat mixture and make rolls, like the ones in the post.
- Sauce: In a pan, sauté onion, garlic in olive oil with smoked paprika, and add 1/2 sachet of tomato sauce with 500 ml of water.
- When it starts to boil, add the cabbage rolls delicately, after that do not move. Cover the pan and let it cook for approximately 25 minutes and it's ready, finish with chives and olive oil.
