Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
Chopped green olives2 tablespoon
Olive oil3 tablespoon
Butter1 tablespoon
Cassava Flour150 g
Chopped Coriander to taste
Salt and pepper to taste

In a frying pan, I fried the onions in olive oil until golden brown, added the butter, garlic and cabbage stalks.
I added the olives, salt and pepper and the flour, mixed well over low heat until very crispy, finished with cilantro.
