- Seasoned farofa1 to taste
- Finely chop the cabbage and sauté it in oil and homemade seasoning (I used garlic and onion shakes)
- Fry the chopped bacon in its own fat
- Fry the eggs in the bacon fat, mixing well So that it is easy to mix later with the farofa
- Mix the three ingredients already fried in a large pan and add the ready-made farofa and stir well to incorporate and adjust the salt if necessary. Ready!!!
