  • Egg3 unit(s)
  • Bacon1 to taste
  • Homemade seasoning1 to taste
  • Vegetable oil of your choice1 coffee spoon
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Seasoned farofa1 to taste
  1. Finely chop the cabbage and sauté it in oil and homemade seasoning (I used garlic and onion shakes)
  2. Fry the chopped bacon in its own fat
  3. Fry the eggs in the bacon fat, mixing well So that it is easy to mix later with the farofa
  4. Mix the three ingredients already fried in a large pan and add the ready-made farofa and stir well to incorporate and adjust the salt if necessary. Ready!!!
