Cooked Butter Beans1 cup
Passata Tomato Sauce1 cup
Chopped fresh basil leaves1/2 cup
Basil for garnish to taste
Salt to taste
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Chopped red onion1/2 unit(s)

After cooking the butter beans (for 50 minutes in a common pan with 1 tablespoon of salt) set aside
Chop the red onion and put it in a pan with olive oil
Add the cooked butter beans and passata sauce and sauté for a few minutes.
Add chopped basil leaves and salt to taste
Serve immediately with basil leaves on top.
Great option to eat with bread or meat
