- Cooked Butter Beans4 tablespoon
- Ripe Avocado1/2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Squeezed Tahit Lime1/2 unit(s)
- Extra virgin olive oil to taste
- Cherry tomatoes cut in half to taste
- Cook the butter beans with salt for 50 minutes in a common pan and drain
- Place in the processor along with the avocado, squeezed lemon, salt and olive oil and blend well until smooth and creamy.
- Serve with cherry tomatoes cut in half đ
- Tip: serve with toast, rice crackers, carrot sticks, cucumber, onion... be creative đ
