Cooked Butter Beans4 tablespoon
Ripe Avocado1/2 unit(s)
Salt to taste
Squeezed Tahit Lime1/2 unit(s)
Extra virgin olive oil to taste
Cherry tomatoes cut in half to taste

Cook the butter beans with salt for 50 minutes in a common pan and drain
Place in the processor along with the avocado, squeezed lemon, salt and olive oil and blend well until smooth and creamy.
Serve with cherry tomatoes cut in half 😋
Tip: serve with toast, rice crackers, carrot sticks, cucumber, onion... be creative 😉
