  • Cooked Butter Beans1 cup
  • Bacon150 g
  • Meat100 g
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Cassava Flour1 cup
  • Salt and seasoning to taste
  1. Cut the bacon into cubes and chop the onion. Take a pan to medium heat and fry the bacon, let it fry in its own fat. When browned, remove the bacon.
  2. Add the onion, and when it starts to brown add the minced meat. If necessary, add a drizzle of olive oil.
  3. After braising the meat well, add the cassava flour, butter beans, bacon and seasonings of your choice. Mix over medium heat and the farofa is ready 🥰
  4. Obs.: you can use garlic in the recipe too, I don't use it because I can't eat garlic 🤭
