Cortar o pão em fatias, esfregar o alho cru no pao, passar o azeite e levar em forno pre aquecido a 180c por 10minutos.

Cut the bread into slices, rub the raw garlic on the bread, pass the oil and take it to a pre-heated oven at 180c for 10 minutes.

Refolgar o alho no azeite e dar um “susto” no tomate. Misturar por ultimo o manjericão. Ajustar o sal.

Sauté the garlic in the oil and give the tomato a “scare”. Lastly, mix in the basil. Adjust the salt.

Colocar o tomate nas torradas, o parmesão e levar pra gratinar por 5 minutos.

Put the tomato on the toast, the Parmesan and take it to brown for 5 minutes.
