- Aged rice (better parboiled)5 cup
- Pork ribs or thigh and chicken thigh3 cup
- Coalho cheese in cubes1 cup
- Olive oil3 tablespoon
- Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
- Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
- Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
- Water2 cup
- Chopped green smell to taste
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Cut the meat into cubes (pork or chicken). In a pan, put a drizzle of oil and sauté the onion and then garlic. Then add the meats and sauté for a few more minutes. Add water to release all the flavor from the pan. Add the rice and stir with caution. Place in a refractory, add the cheese and the green smell.
