  • Pork ribs or thigh and chicken thigh3 cup
  • Coalho cheese in cubes1 cup
  • Olive oil3 tablespoon
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Chopped Onion1 tablespoon
  • Chopped Tomatoes2 unit(s)
  • Water2 cup
  • Chopped green smell to taste
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Cut the meat into cubes (pork or chicken). In a pan, put a drizzle of oil and sauté the onion and then garlic. Then add the meats and sauté for a few more minutes. Add water to release all the flavor from the pan. Add the rice and stir with caution. Place in a refractory, add the cheese and the green smell.
