  • 3 xic rice, 1 kg low-fat beef rib or chuck brains, 1 liter homemade beef or vegetable broth, onion, tomato, 1/2 cup of dry red wine that you can drink, garlic, peeled tomato , salt, black pepper, girl's finger pepper, fried egg soft yolk, chives, parsley to taste1 kg
  1. Sauté the meat with the seasonings, let it sear on all sides, add the wine, the peeled tomato, a little of the broth, salt and pepper and cook under pressure for about 30 minutes. Reserve the stock in the pan and shred the meat.. Saute the rice with the onion , garlic , salt and add water for cooking and the rest of the meat broth .. About 10 minutes .. When the rice is al dente , add half of the meat , with the broth in the pan mix well and cook with plenty of broth , turn off the heat add pepper, parsley and chives and the rest of the meat .. Fry the egg with the soft yolk and serve on top !! Dream
