  • Rice2 cup
  • Onion1/2 unit(s)
  • Garlic4 unit(s)
  • Olive oil2 to taste
  • Parsley, Chives and Kale to taste
  • Salt to taste
  • Water1 l
  • Sodium Bicarbonate1 dessert spoon
  1. Start by cleaning and sanitizing the broccoli (reserve the leaves)
  2. Then put it to cook with salt and bicarbonate for 5 minutes, remove from the heat, drain and reserve the water.
  3. In a pan, put the oil and brown the garlic, then throw the rice, stir and pour the reserved water and let it cook.
  4. Meanwhile, chop the broccoli finely and set aside.
  5. In the blender, beat the broccoli frills that were reserved, along with the parsley, chives, cabbage and 200 ml of water.
  6. In a frying pan put olive oil, the chopped onion and let it brown, then put the chopped broccoli add salt to taste and sauté well
  7. Then pour the mixture that was beaten in the blender and let it cook for about 4/5 minutes.
  8. Place the rice on a platter, mix the broccoli and that's it.
