Plant milk (or milk, or water)

Rice (or wheat) flour

Corte o brócolis em floretes.
Pré aqueça o forno a 200°.
Misture o leite vegetal, a farinha de arroz, o polvilho e a pimenta em um recipiente. Tempere com uma pitada de sal.
Coloque a farinha panko em outro recipiente, tempere também com uma pitada de sal e mexa bem.
Por fim, tempere os floretes de brócolis com sal.

Cut the broccoli into florets.
Preheat the oven to 200°.
Mix the vegetable milk, rice flour, flour and pepper in a bowl. Season with a pinch of salt.
Place the panko flour in another container, season with a pinch of salt and mix well.
Finally, season the broccoli florets with salt.

Pegue cada florete pelo cabinho e mergulhe as flores na misture de leite com farinha de arroz. Depois, coloque na farinha panko até grudar bem.
Leve a uma forma untada com um pouco de azeite.
Faça o mesmo até todos os floretes estarem empanados. Importante não colocar um brócolis em cima do outro na forma.

Take each floret by the stem and dip the flowers in the mixture of milk and rice flour. Then, put it in the panko flour until it sticks well.
Place in a greased shape with a little oil.
Do the same until all the foils are breaded. Important not to put one broccoli on top of the other in the pan.

Leve ao forno por 40 minutos, tirando na metade do tempo para virar.
Você pode servir com o molho de sua preferência, ou somente com ketchup e maionese mesmo!!

Bake in the oven for 40 minutes, taking halfway through to turn.
You can serve it with your favorite sauce, or just with ketchup and mayonnaise!

*usei pimenta tabasco e ficou bem apimentado! Você pode dosar aqui usando uma pimenta mais fraquinha, usando em menor quantidade ou, se não gostar de pimenta, nem use!

*I used tabasco pepper and it was very spicy! You can dose here using a weaker pepper, using a smaller amount or, if you don't like pepper, don't use it at all!
