Broccoli au gratin with cheese and bacon

Lave bem e cozinhe o brócolis à vapor até ficar ao dente (nem muito cozido e nem cru) e reserve.

Wash and steam the broccoli until al dente (not overcooked or raw) and set aside.

Misture em uma travessa, o requeijão, o creme de leite, a pimenta do reino e o sal com o brócolis e o bacon. Coloque o queijo por cima e leve para gratinar.

Mix the cream cheese, cream, black pepper and salt with the broccoli and bacon on a platter. Put the cheese on top and take it to gratin.
