- Extra Virgin Olive Oil100 ml
- Toast to taste
- Italian bread1 unit(s)
- Place the Brie cheese on a small porcelain plate and remove the top part of the cheese to facilitate melting, drizzling a layer of truffle oil.
- In a pan in the oven, add the 3 cloves of minced garlic and fry in olive oil.
- Toss the fried garlic with the olive oil on top of the cheese and serve with toast and Italian bread.
