Brie Bruschetta with Caramelized Onions

  • Multigrain bread (baguette style)1 unit(s)
  • Ricotta Cream to taste
  • Brie cheese1/2 unit(s)
  • onion1 unit(s)
  • Butter to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Brown sugar1 tablespoon
  1. Cut the bread diagonally and spread ricotta cream on all slices. Cut the brie into slices and place 2 on each part of the bread. Bake at 220 degrees until the brie melts.
  2. In a skillet place the butter and oil and brown the onion cut into petals. Let the onion wither and add the brown sugar.
  3. Remove the bread from the oven and place the onions on top of the brie. serve
