- Multigrain bread (baguette style)1 unit(s)
- Ricotta Cream to taste
- Brie cheese1/2 unit(s)
- onion1 unit(s)
- Butter to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- Brown sugar1 tablespoon
- Cut the bread diagonally and spread ricotta cream on all slices. Cut the brie into slices and place 2 on each part of the bread. Bake at 220 degrees until the brie melts.
- In a skillet place the butter and oil and brown the onion cut into petals. Let the onion wither and add the brown sugar.
- Remove the bread from the oven and place the onions on top of the brie. serve
