- Wheat flour1 cup
- Breadcrumbs2 cup
- Milk300 ml
- Salt and spices to taste
- Oil for frying to taste
- Water2 cup
- Peel the onion. Cut into strips (rings). Soak the rings in water for at least 1 hour to remove the acidity from the onion.
- Add salt and seasoning to taste in the breadcrumbs.
- First pass the onion in the milk, then in the wheat flour, then in the milk again, then in the breadcrumbs, then in the milk again and finally in the breadcrumbs.
- In a pan, heat the oil well and fry.
