- Chicken Breast or Sasami Fillet500 g
- Salt to taste
- Sweet Paprika to taste
- Hot Paprika to taste
- Smoked Paprika to taste
- Olive oil50 ml
- Black Pepper to taste
- Doritos (Large Pack)2 unit(s)
- Eggs6 unit(s)
- Oil (For Frying)1 l
- Make Mise en Place and Book;
- Start by cleaning and cutting the chicken into strips of the desired size;
- Season using olive oil, smoked paprika, spicy paprika, sweet paprika, salt and black pepper. Cover with plastic wrap or store in an airtight container and let it rest for 30 minutes.
- In a bowl, break the eggs and mix with a whisk. Season and set aside for breading;
- Grind the Doritos coarsely and set aside for breading;
- After the chicken rests the minimum time, pass a few pieces in the eggs and then in the crushed Doritos, press with your hands so the snacks adhere well to the Protein and keep reserving until all are coated;
- Heat the oil in a pan between 180• - 200•c and fry the chicken little by little;
- After obtaining a golden color, remove from the oil and let it rest on a wire rack. Serve with Mayonnaise or Cheddar Cream.
