Tire as tripas da linguiça e reserve num recipiente de sua preferência. Acrescente meio limão .cheiro verde a gosto.misture bem .

Corte os pães em duas partes . Acrescente manteiga,o queijo mussarela ralado, Cubra o pão com a linguiça.até cubrir todo pão.

Na churrasqueira .usando uma grelha . Coloque os pães com a linguiça para baixo,(linguiça para o fogo) deixa até assar a linguiça. Pra finalizar vire e deixa a parte do pão para baixo, obs- voce pode fazer no forno na air fryer tbm, o ponto da linguiça vc escolhe . Eu gosto no ponto. 

On the grill .using a grill . Place the buns with the sausage down, (sausage for the fire) leave until the sausage bakes. To finish, turn and leave the bread part down, obs- you can do it in the oven in the air fryer too, the sausage point you choose. I like it on point.
