- Stale salt or French bread3 unit(s)
- Milk1 cup
- Coconut Milk1 unit(s)
- Peanut50 g
- Cashew Nuts50 g
- Dried shrimp50 g
- Small onion1 unit(s)
- Green pepper1 unit(s)
- Green Smell to taste
- Palm oil to taste
- Place the sliced bread inside the milk to soften
- Beat the onion, peppers, chestnuts, peanuts, shrimp and coconut milk and the green smell in the blender.
- In a pan put some palm oil and put the blender mixture to sauté.
- Beat the bread with the milk in the blender and place it inside the band with the mixture and go stirring until it forms a porridge when it comes off the bottom of the pan it's good. Always look at the house salt need to adjust to your taste
- In a refractory place the vatapá and on top put a little oil and dried shrimp to decorate. If you want to put whole peanuts to be tasty too.
