- Boiled Potato 🥔500 g
- Frozen peas1 can(s)
- Green corn @predilecta 🌽1 can(s)
- White sauce300 ml
- Grated Mozzarella to taste
- Seasonings to taste
- Olive oil to taste
- In a refractory spread the boiled potatoes in the shape you want. (I prefer cubed) Add the corn and peas. Mix everything and season to taste. Drizzle with oil. Spread the mozzarella on top, covering the potatoes and sprinkle with oregano. Bake in a medium oven until browned.
