- Milk500 ml
- Condensed Milk1 unit(s)
- Cognac1 cup
- Cocoa Powder2 tablespoon
- Corn Starch11/2 tablespoon
- First step mix the cornstarch in the milk before putting it in the pan. Put all the ingredients in the pan except the cognac, leave it for last and stir for about 10 minutes until it gets creamy. When the chocognac is already creamy, add the brandy and you can turn off the heat and serve.
- TIP: To serve you can put whipped cream afterwards in the glass or spread hazelnut cream on the edges of the glass.
