Primeiro passo misturar a maizena no leite antes de colocar na panela. Colocar todos os ingredientes na panela menos o conhaque, deixar por último e mexer durante uns 10 minutos até ficar cremoso. Quando o choconhaque já estiver cremoso colocar o conhaque e pronto pode desligar o fogo e servir.

First step mix the cornstarch in the milk before putting it in the pan. Put all the ingredients in the pan except the cognac, leave it for last and stir for about 10 minutes until it gets creamy. When the chocognac is already creamy, add the brandy and you can turn off the heat and serve.

DICA: Para servir você pode colocar chantilly depois no copo ou passar creme de avelã nas bordas do copo.

TIP: To serve you can put whipped cream afterwards in the glass or spread hazelnut cream on the edges of the glass.
