- Cooked Butter Beans1 cup
- Bacon100 g
- Small red onion1 unit(s)
- Green pepper1/2 unit(s)
- Italian tomato1 unit(s)
- Fresh Green Spice to taste
- Salt and seasoning to taste
- In a frying pan fry the bacon.
- Remove the bacon from the skillet and set aside. Add the onion and bell pepper, fry in the bacon fat.
- After adding the butter beans, the bacon and the chopped Italian tomato, season to your liking and sauté for a few minutes.
