1 pinch of salt

self-rising wheat flour

butter for greasing

Blender pancake with sauce

Bata todos os ingredientes no liquidificador, menos a manteiga, na ordem da receita por mais ou menos 1 minuto e meio.

Blend all ingredients in a blender, except the butter, in the order of the recipe for about 1.5 minutes.

Unte a frigideira com a manteiga e coloque a massa fazendo movimentos circulares para que se espalhe na frigideira, tente fazer discos finos, se colocar massa demais, antes de endurecer na frigideira coloque o excesso da massa de volta ao liquidificador. 

Grease the skillet with butter and place the dough in circular motions so that it spreads in the skillet, try to make thin disks, if you put too much dough, before hardening in the frying pan, put the excess dough back into the blender.

Coloque o seu recheio a gosto e enrole as panquecas jogue o molho por cima e em seguida o queijo ralado. 

Put your stuffing to taste and roll the pancakes throw the sauce on top and then the grated cheese.
