  • Fungo sausage6 unit(s)
  • Fine cassava flour2 cup
  • Coriander or sage1 to taste
  • Chives1 to taste
  • Garlic 2 cloves2 to taste
  • Head onion2 unit(s)
  • Salt1 to taste
  • Scented Pepper3 unit(s)
  1. Cook the sausage in a separate pan to soften a little for about 10 minutes. After that, remove from the pan and set aside.
  2. Put the black-eyed peas to cook in the pressure cooker. After getting the pressure 5 or 10 minutes turn off the fire, because this type of beans cooks very quickly, right after draining the beans.
  3. Chop the sausage on a cutting board and place it to fry in a pan of your choice. Always stirring so it doesn't burn and stick.
  4. When it has fried, add the crushed garlic with the chopped onion. Mix well, let it cool down a little.
  5. After sautéing add the drained beans, stir well and see if the salt is good.
  6. To finish, place the chives with the cilantro or parsley (for those who don't like cilantro) and chili pepper. Mix well, turn off the heat and leave covered for about 3 minutes just to incorporate the flavor of the chili pepper with the green smell (cilantro).
