- Soaked black beans300 g
- Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
- Chopped Onion1/4 cup
- Bay leaf1 unit(s)
- Olive oil1 dessert spoon
- Pepperoni sausage cut into slices1 cup
- Sea Salt to taste
- Cook the beans in the pressure cooker with the bay leaf.
- In a nonstick skillet, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
- Put a shell of the cooked bean grains in the skillet and love well until you form a paste.
- Put this paste inside the beans, season with salt and cook for another 7 minutes.
- Meanwhile, heat another non-stick frying pan and fry the pepperoni on both sides, then transfer it to the beans.
- After it boils, adjust the salt and serve next.
