  • Soaked black beans300 g
  • Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
  • Chopped Onion1/4 cup
  • Bay leaf1 unit(s)
  • Olive oil1 dessert spoon
  • Pepperoni sausage cut into slices1 cup
  • Sea Salt to taste
  1. Cook the beans in the pressure cooker with the bay leaf.
  2. In a nonstick skillet, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
  3. Put a shell of the cooked bean grains in the skillet and love well until you form a paste.
  4. Put this paste inside the beans, season with salt and cook for another 7 minutes.
  5. Meanwhile, heat another non-stick frying pan and fry the pepperoni on both sides, then transfer it to the beans.
  6. After it boils, adjust the salt and serve next.
