Soaked black beans300 g
Chopped Garlic1 dessert spoon
Chopped Onion1/4 cup
Bay leaf1 unit(s)
Olive oil1 dessert spoon
Pepperoni sausage cut into slices1 cup
Sea Salt to taste

Cook the beans in the pressure cooker with the bay leaf.
In a nonstick skillet, heat the oil and brown the onion and garlic.
Put a shell of the cooked bean grains in the skillet and love well until you form a paste.
Put this paste inside the beans, season with salt and cook for another 7 minutes.
Meanwhile, heat another non-stick frying pan and fry the pepperoni on both sides, then transfer it to the beans.
After it boils, adjust the salt and serve next.
