Natural yogurt (1 pot)170 g
Olive oil2 tablespoon
Lemon juice1/2 unit(s)
Chopped Parsley to taste
2 cloves of minced garlic2 unit(s)
Salt to taste

Mix all the ingredients in a pot and it's ready. A light and super tasty sauce…I doubt you don't eat salad like that!
Store in the fridge in an airtight container for up to 5 days.
