  • Recipe
  • Large yellow bell pepper without seeds and white parts1/2 unit(s)
  • Cooked Butter Beans1/3 cup
  • Ground beef sauteed with garlic and onion1/3 cup
  • Shredded Mozzarella Cheese2 tablespoon
  • Corn2 tablespoon
  • Chopped green onion1 dessert spoon
  • Tomato sauce2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Red Bell Pepper1 dessert spoon
  • Olive oil1 teaspoon
  • Ground Black Pepper to taste
  1. Heat the oil in a pan and sauté the red pepper.
  2. Add the tomato sauce, corn, beans and mix. Season with salt and pepper.
  3. Cook for 3 minutes and add the ground beef already braised.
  4. Mix, adjust the salt and let it cook for another 2 minutes and finish with the onion.
  5. Put this stuffing inside the yellow pepper, cover with the cheese.
  6. Transfer to an oven-safe container.
  7. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ÂșC for about 30-40 minutes until the bell pepper is completely cooked.
