Primeiro lave a maçã,  cenoura,  e beterraba.

Depôs , piqueos com a casca mesmo.
O objetivo é aproveitar todos os nutrientes.

Depôs de picados, coloque no liquidificador junto com a água e o açúcar.

Em seguida passe na peneira para coar. E está pronto para servir.
