- Carrots cut into sticks🥕1 unit(s)
- Pepperoni sausage1 unit(s)
- Onion to taste
- Garlic to taste
- Other Seasonings to taste
- Make a hole in the center of the meat along its entire length. Also make small holes over the meat.
- Stuff the meat with the carrot and pepperoni.
- Season the meat with garlic, salt and your favorite seasonings.
- In the pressure cooker, cook the meat well on all sides.
- Add the onion, about 2 cups of water and cover the pressure cooker.
- After about 30 minutes, check the meat and see if it needs more time. If it is already good, transfer to a refractory slice and serve with the sauce formed in the pan.
