  • Milk300 ml
  • Butter1 tablespoon
  • Wheat flour2 tablespoon
  • Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
  1. Melt the butter and, little by little, mix in the wheat flour, leaving it to form a slightly golden cream.
  2. Then add the milk little by little and stir until it thickens.
  3. Add the seasonings and you're done. The whole process must be done on low heat. If you have, use a whisk (fouet) to facilitate the preparation.
