- Milk300 ml
- Butter1 tablespoon
- Wheat flour2 tablespoon
- Salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste
- Melt the butter and, little by little, mix in the wheat flour, leaving it to form a slightly golden cream.
- Then add the milk little by little and stir until it thickens.
- Add the seasonings and you're done. The whole process must be done on low heat. If you have, use a whisk (fouet) to facilitate the preparation.
