Iced milk

Salt, nutmeg, pepper

Bechamel sauce

1 Derreta a manteiga e acrescente a farinha de trigo, mexendo sempre.

2 Adicione aos poucos o leite, sem para de mexer com um fouet.

3 Mantenha em fogo brando até que o molho fique espesso.

4 Tempere com sal, pimenta e noz-moscada a gosto.

1 Melt the butter and add the flour, stirring constantly.

2 Gradually add the milk, stirring constantly with a whisk.

3 Keep on low heat until the sauce is thick.

4 Season with salt, pepper and nutmeg to taste.
