- Rice300 g

- Saffron40 g
- Salt30 g
- Pepper25 g
- Vinegar50 ml
- Oil50 ml
- Take a pan, fill it with water, add oil, salt and pepper and the rice, cooking over low heat.
- After the rice is cooked, repeat the same process with beans, later adding the saffron. Then mix the two, add more saffron and vinegar. Recipe completed.
