- I started by peeling the skin off the sausage and cutting it into small pieces. I washed the beans and drained
- Now in the pressure cooker I put some oil and chopped garlic. And I let it cook for a few minutes.
- Then I put the chopped pepperoni and let it fry a little longer. Add the drained beans and water and bring to a boil. On pressure for 30 minutes
- As soon as the seasonings are over, turn off the beans and let the pressure come out on its own. Finally add the salt, mix well and let it boil until the broth thickens.
