  • Black beans500 g
  • Water1 l
  • Minced Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Half a chopped onion1 to taste
  • Black pepper and salt1 to taste
  • Oil1 tablespoon
  • Parsley and coriander1 to taste
  1. I started by cutting the pepperoni into slices and fry in the pressure cooker add the garlic and onion and fry for another 5 minutes.
  2. I washed the black beans well and added them to the pan along with the sausages. I put the water and put it on pressure for 30 minutes.
  3. After 30 minutes, turn off the heat and let the pressure release by itself. Open the pan and see if the beans are cooked. Adjust the salt and add the seasonings to taste. I added chopped parsley and cilantro. And let it boil until the broth thickens.
