  • 500 gr of fava beans 400 gr of jerked beef (dried) 500g of tripe 1 cube of rib flavored broth 1/2 onion 1/2 pepper Pinch of black pepper Coriander with chives500 g
  1. Cook the fava beans for 20 minutes in the pressure cooker, just in water. Once cooked, drain the fava beans and wash in running water. Boil the tripe, drain all the water and set aside In another pan, chop the charque and put it to scald with a pinch of salt (this way the salt comes out well from the meat). Now, with everything cooked, mix everything and put it to cook again on medium heat. In a pan, fry half the pepper and onion in a tablespoon of oil. Add the bean. After about 5 minutes of cooking, add the coriander with the finely chopped chives, let it have a thick broth and that's it, just serve.
