  • Cooked black beans (broth and beans)4 cup
  • Bacon Broth2 to taste
  • Olive oil to taste
  • Mashed Garlic3 unit(s)
  • Grated Onion1 unit(s)
  • Raw cassava flour2/ cup
  • Chopped parsley to taste
  • Olive oil (filling)2 tablespoon
  • Garlic Clove1 unit(s)
  • Finely Chopped Cabbage2 unit(s)
  • Salt to taste
  • Wheat flour (assembly)1 cup
  • Beaten eggs2 unit(s)
  • Breadcrumbs1 cup
  • Oil2 cup
  1. In a blender, beat the black beans with the crumbled Broth and set aside.
  2. In a pan, heat the oil and brown the garlic and onion.
  3. Add the reserved beans and gradually add the cassava flour, stirring constantly to avoid lumps, until a homogeneous mass is formed.
  4. Add the parsley and let it cool. Reserve.
  5. Filling: In a skillet, heat the oil and brown the garlic.
  6. Add the cabbage, salt and let it braise for about 5 minutes. Reserve.
  7. (Assembly) With a portion of the dough, shape the dumplings into a round shape.
  8. Make a hole in the center and fill each one with the braised kale.
  9. Close them and bread them, passing each one in wheat flour, egg and breadcrumbs.
  10. In a pan, heat the oil and fry the dumplings until golden.
  11. Place them on paper towels and serve.
