  • Beans of your choice1 cup
  • Bay Leaf1 unit(s)
  • Salt1/2 tablespoon
  • Chopped Calabrian Sausage1 cup
  • Chopped Bacon1/2 cup
  • Chopped Onion1 unit(s)
  • Butter2 tablespoon
  • Olive oil2 tablespoon
  • Cassava Flour1 cup
  • Garlic1 unit(s)
  • Chopped bell pepper to taste
  • Chopped green parsley to taste
  • Black Pepper or Pepperoni to taste
  1. Place the beans in the pressure cooker, cover with water up to 3 fingers above, cook with the bay leaf and salt. When you get pressure, let it cook for 10 minutes. Open, drain the water and let it cool. Be careful not to overcook it, it should be al dente.
  2. In a pan fry the pepperoni and bacon, add the onion and sauté until wilted, add the garlic and peppers. Mix everything in the beans. Gradually add the flour until you reach the point you want. (Wet or more dry.) Adjust the salt, pepper and add the green smell. Ready and delicious.
