- Cooked Black Beans2 cup
- Oat Flour3 tablespoon
- Tapioca Gum2 tablespoon
- Butter Kale, leaf2 unit(s)
- Salt to taste
- Blend the cooked beans in a blender or food processor until it forms a paste.
- Mix the flour and tapioca until you get the point of letting go of your hand (if you still don't have the point, add a little more of each until you arrive)
- Saute the thinly sliced kale with your favorite seasonings.
- Open a little bit of dough in your hand and fill with a little cabbage
- Make balls the size you like.
- Bake in oven or airfryer for 30 minutes or until golden.
