Chopped chives for sprinkling

Em uma panela frite o bacon e a linguiça calabres até doura.

In a pan, fry the bacon and the calabre sausage until golden.

Coloque o alho, a cebola e as folhas de louro e refogue por 3 minutos. 

Add the garlic, onion and bay leaves and sauté for 3 minutes.

Acrescente o caldo de costela e o feijão e o sal agosto, 

Add the rib broth and the beans and the August salt,

Polvilhe com cebolinha e sirva em seguida.

Sprinkle with chives and serve immediately.
