- Cold milk250 ml
- Oil to the point to taste
- Salt to taste
- Put the chilled milk in the blender and turn on the slow mode.
- Add the oil so that a trickle comes out and mix it with the milk with the blender on.
- Keep putting the oil until you get a homogeneous cream.
- Then put the salt to taste and 3 cloves of garlic beat for a few seconds and it's ready.
- If you want to use this sauce as a base to make other sauces, it's great too. I made the mustard one and used mustard powder. You can make rose with it too, just add ketchup and mustard.
- The garlic cream is delicious!! Enjoy
